I didn't watch the game other than to pop in a few times. One thing I keep hearing and reading, though, over and over again this morning is that this game is an all time WS/playoff game classic. Is a game an all time classic mostly because it went 18 innings? I find these overly long games hard to watch, as in will one team just score already. It looked like at least half the crowd had left the stadium as it grew overly long. Do fans leave all time classic games before they're over?

No, it was a very intense exciting game up to the 12th inning. A lot of opportunities made and lost, great hitting, controversial calls, pitchers that rose to the occasion, drama. It was a great game.
