Good as we are this year, the Rams are just better. Demolishing the Jags, without Nacua...
They do look good. I really thought they would have a drop off this year, but they just seem to keep reloading every year.
Being said, the out-of-country games aren’t always good metric of the two teams. Some teams just travel well.
They beat the Chiefs because I think the Chiefs were a bit sloppy and made too many mistakes. Not sure how much to take away from this game other than the Jags look completely lost. Hard to believe they beat the Chiefs 2 weeks ago.
Seems like every team after we play themPretty sure we broke the jags.
That is what a though defense gets you!Seems like every team after we play them
The Jags were in a bit of a pickle when it came to Lawrence's second contract. He was a number one pick who came into the NFL as the QB equivalent of baseball's "five tool" player. He was ranked up there in the ranks of Luck and Elway in terms of near can't miss talent. Yet when they extended him, he was still a mixed-bag of results. It was also hard to discern how much of this was on him, and how much of his lack of development was due to poor coaching and lack of supporting talent. At the time he was extended, my guess is that there were teams that would have been more than willing to bet on his emergence as some kind of a star at the position. How does a QB like Trevor get paid so much?
Maybe that's why the Jags have so many weak spots.
What if I told you we are going to sweep them?Good as we are this year, the Rams are just better. Demolishing the Jags, without Nacua...
