That is a key to long term success and not just a one year wonder. You bring in the young ones to learn the culture from the veterans and then they become the veterans to help the new young ones. Add complementary players in free agency and that is building a long term winner. This is easier to type than to do it, though, and love how at least the Seahawks are trying to do it.

I still think we’re a year away from our window opening but we have a lot of talented youth. A lot of cap space. Definitely well on our way. We can do well this year but next year watch out.

We have a young, franchise qb, Solid offense, solid defense. Granted, a little dicey on lb and secondary. We are growing together and gelling. I really think we can win it all within the next 2-3 years if not this year. It’s a great feeling to have direction, hope, and leadership. It’s an awesome time to be a Seahawks fan!! we've been fairly healthy thankfully... yes we've missed Lawrence the 1 game he was out, and love the few games but overall we've been pretty lucky id say. Meanwhile the Madden Curse is destroying the 49ers

They'll get it figured out. They have some the best O-line coaches in the game right now. We've seen spurts of it so I have confidence we'll get it going real soon.
