Defense got tired late in game

Chasing Murray around is tiring for a defense. It seemed our pass rush wasn't as energetic, DBs a half step slow.
Props to the Cards offense for making it tough on the Hawks defense, and props to the Hawks Special Teams and Offense for clutch performance.

Any division win on the road is a good win.

Also, it was a factor that the Cardinals offense played up-tempo, no huddle several stretches in this game.

Shouldn’t have had to. Meyers makes an earlier kick and it’s game over. Also they were in press man last drive. This is self infliction but still a gritty road win in division.

Kickers are streaky, doink happens. The phantom "holding" call on JSN to erase the TD was NFL refs "steering" the game to keep it close. Give the Tards credit, they fought hard. Now we just need them to be good enough to beat the 49ers and Rams at least once each.

That’s why thursdays are hard to win on the road. We will only go up from here. Cardinals don’t suck. Offense or defense. We might be better. I’d say we are pretty close. NFC west is the only division with all teams .500 and up. I think the 49ers have turned our whole division into bullies. You can only beat us if your ready to fight and I didn’t used to think that for awhile

Defense was pretty solid all night. Myers missed FG gave Cards short field to work with. And Woolen's dumb penalties extending their drives.

It was a combination of things. First it was a road game with not much rest or preparation. I don't think Witherspoon is all the way back from his injury. Second, the Cardinals made adjustments, offensively and defensively. Third, Kyler Murray took matters into his own hands. I know a lot of people don't like Murray, but I think he's a pretty good QB.

The Cardinals may not have a great roster, but they're well-coached and play hard. We were lucky to escape with a win. In the long run, it will be good for the Seahawks that they didn't have an easy game against them.
