Salisbury Steak rocks. Brings back memories of my youth. Not much moola, get a huge thing of it, make it with some rice. Was pretty cheap back then. Throw it on some rice, you're good.

Salisbury Steak rocks. Brings back memories of my youth. Not much moola, get a huge thing of it, make it with some rice. Was pretty cheap back then. Throw it on some rice, you're good.

Yea, it’s one of my “comfort food” meals.

I eat it because I like it, not because it’s cheap. “Cheap” is just a side benefit.

Chicken Marsala is an American dish, although the principle, ie, scaloppini, is Italian, and the key ingredient, Marsala wine, is also from Italy. I have never seen this dish on menus in Italy, from the Alps to the tip of the boot. LOL, come to think of it, scaloppini may not even be Italian. Who cares, right?

I'll already tell you what's going to happen. If I get more than 1 of these 5 wrong, I'll be the first to eat crow:

At Pitt - loss
Saints -win (even though it's a home game, that's just a bad team)
At Arizona - win (we just own them)
Tampa Bay - Loss (home game and against a decent team)
At Jax - Win

Ecstatic I got the Stealers game wrong. After that, I nailed 4 straight. Yep, I'd say I know my Hawks pretty well.
