I started out on Seahawks98.com (as username PatS), and I took all that great shite for granted back in the day. Also, I had season tickets until 2000 when I bought a house and had to save $$$, but I remember hitting up Temple Billiards for a pre-funk with y'all from time to time when I still had them.

Thanks to @Seahawker for finding this!

This is a pic of our second NET Bash that Amber attended. I'm sure it won't be difficult to pick her out.

Unfortunately I don't recall the names of everyone in the photo but here's what I can recall:

From left to right, top: Kris Jones (aka Buckethead), Aros, (sorry don't recall the third guy).
From left to right, bottom: (Sorry, don't recall), Doug Farrar, Amber, (sorry, don't recall), Matt Lythrop, KitsapGuy, Les, Hawkstorian, Kidhawk.

I think its appropriate to toot .net's own horn a little bit here as being one of the very best NFL fan forums around.
Few team forums have such a high level of year-round team discussion, football IQ and long term loyalty. Many of us at .net have been here since the start in 98' and there is a reason for the strong clamoring for the throwback uniforms.
You do not have to read too many opposing forums to see the discussion at .net is at a higher level than most.

I would think & hope that when new players and coaches come to Seattle the 12's impress upon them their seriousness about this teams success and winning Super Bowls.
Sorry for the rant. Just getting a little nervous about game 1 and hoping this young team is getting jacked up and ready to hit the 9ers in the mouth.

Does anyone know what happened to KitsapGuy? He was a terrific member and lead mod for years and he just stopped posting years back out of the blue. I fear the worst but hope he is doing well and just decided to move on.

He rubbed some feathers the wrong way when he was Editor-In-Chief for us mainly because he was pretty militant about not putting up with any riff raff in the forums. But Doug and I spent many hours in a car driving to and from Cheney for training camp in the early 00’s. These were the days where we were hanging out with players in the local watering hole, chilling with Rob Rang, drinking Kick-a-Poo juice at Les and Darlene’s.

Really good times.

Doug is a very cerebral, highly intelligent dude. Our mutual love for Queensryche among other tasty bands, fused our friendship. He moved on to bigger and better things and I hope he is doing well.

Man, the memories. I should write a .NET memoir, lol.
