Didn't see the game but loving what I'm hearing on .net. Looks like NFL Network will be replaying the game at 12P/3E. Recording!

One thing that DID NOT IMPRESS was the Hawks pass rush. They got adequate pressure until later in the game but then it was not that impressive as the backups are not ready for prime time. Nice to see Tyreke Smith trying to earn his way to being on the 53 man roster, he played well unlike others.

I was very impressed with Outzs, as others have said. He was a real difference maker out there early.

Mike Macdonald looks absolutely ripped and delicious out there. What an absolute stud muffin leading this team. Sorry, not sorry.

Disappointed in the corner depth, but I’ve said that in the past. It’s not too late to address that area of need and concern.

In the other thread I’d started regarding players to watch, Bobo just didn’t do enough for me. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s cut after preseason. And Damien Martinez was just meh against the Raiders backups. Another poster said he looked timid, and that’s a great assessment. Just didn’t seem sure of where to go. Hopefully he picks it up in the next opportunities.

Well, starters didn't play and many coaches don't like to reveal their pass rush strategies in preseason anyway. Maybe Mike was just being strategic.

Not real worried.

I want Milroe to play with the 2. Last night he played with our 3/4 string OL, vs LV second string DL. Tough to get a real good gauge on him
It is time to move Milroe ahead of Lock. He was getting his passes out quickly and accurately. He’s our hope for the future.

If you can't get pressure with a four-man rush, none of the exotic stuff that gets buried during preseason is going to help in the regular season.

Positives:

Robbie Ouzts - a beast with speed. I didn’t think he would be this good this quickly

Tory Horton - another wow. If he stays healthy he could be a star. I wonder if Marquez Valdes-Scanting makes the team

George Holani - if we are keeping the best player so far Holani > Martinez

Oline – first time in an off season game in about 12 years that I thought not bad.

Tyreke Smith - sure looks like the real deal.

Nehemiah Pritchett – shame on me for thinking he should be cut. He was on it last night.

Jacadia Wright – He looks like a real athlete. A practice squad player, who could develop into something great

Negatives (2 more games for redemption):

Damien Martinez – did not bring his A game. I thought he looked hesitant and slow. I was expecting big things.

Damarion Williams – the Raider's seemed to pick on him.

Isas Waxter – I thought he would be jamming receivers. I didn’t see his famous physical game.

Kam Alexander – I feel bad for the kid falling down on the easy touchdown.

Dline in the 2nd half – they got pushed around in the run game. It was aggravating to watch.

Brady Russel – we all know that he’s a real player who doesn’t leave anything on the field. Let's hope that holding penalty that wiped a big gain will be forgotten. We need guys like this on the team.

Not sure if it's been posted, but there's a video of him holding his own against Max fricken Crosby.
Speaking of Crosby, got to the stadium in a Sonics Jersey. Respect

Ouuuuuuzts looks like the real deal. I suspect he'll be a fan favorite. Horton, wow. Dude plays polished, already.
Milroe looks so smooth out there. Roll him out and let him do his thing. He runs so well, it looks effortless.

Ouzts might be my next jersey. Just because.

I’m on the Ouzts train.

Love that we will be incorporating the full back position, STOKED that this guys seems to be the real deal.
Ouzts was a dawg. He's not a star but he's a day one, hard nosed football guy who's going to make a difference on the field.

I was interested in watching the basic scheme of the offense,

Wiping away a tiny tear before hugging my wife, during the first series, what's wrong she asked, nothing, we actually have a real offense again. I haven't seen this in about 12 years.

It's amazing. Every play isn't a fly by the seat of your pants possible homerun or INT.

There's actual purpose. The offensive line looks like they've actually worked on run blocking. Imagine that. Who knew that practicing the run, teaching the lineman footwork, hell, drafting guards that can move better than Frankenstein's Monster wearing concrete shoes Ifedi. Did you see the couple of screen plays? They haven't run a successful screenplay in about 8 years.

This is real change. This is a team doing it the right way again. It's exhilarating.

I have to admit I did not impress myself during this game. I kept forgetting this was a preseason game and was getting angry when the Raiders were moving the ball. I apologize to my wife and my dog for the foul language.

As for the game, I really liked Horton. So far he really looks like the real deal. Most of all , it was so friggin cool to see them lined up in the I formation. I've missed that. Converting on some 3rd and shorts was a nice change too.
