I am not sure that Kenny was going to make the 52 cut. If you are new to the 7th round pick RB Martinez, take a peek at his highlights.

He runs exactly like Ricky Waters in the open field, he is a power runner who loves to use the stiff arm and he doesn't go down easy.

Last year he averaged 6.3 yards per carry and he has never missed a game due to injury.

So why the drop to the 7th round...a 2023 DUI. He has had 2 years of keeping his head on straight and now he is about to make the team.
Uh oh....neither did Penny

Kenny's rushing stats from last year 5.5 yds per carry. Dude did a great job when he was in there.
Return stats: 25.5 yds average
I think we'll miss this player more than most folks realize. He was just starting to emerge.

Kenny has been what our return game had been missing for so long. We have depth in the running game but it’s going to be a wait and see game for who can make up for his returns.

I know he's pretty old now, but is it worth a shot on Cordarrelle Patterson as a possible stopgap returner until something better appears? I don't know, maybe not.

For me I think we probably have some good talent there acquired during the offseason, draft and UDFA. I’d like to see what we have on the team. Hopefully someone will step up

Everything from the TC, Milroe is more ready than most think, he has showcased touch throws and timing throws. He is going to show Pete and Chip what they missed in not drafting him.

Milroe is ready to start now.

We brought in Steven Sims to be a PR/KR. Horton has a bunch of experience as well. We're good.
