Miller went to Padres but would still love Kwan.

We need to replace JP next year. It won't happen this year, but needs to happen.
Agreed, I've never been sold on JP Crawford. I want him to do well but he's so hot and cold, mostly cold. I think they are waiting on Emerson or Celestin to be ready before they move off JP though.

Agreed. Unfortunately they are both a couple years away I believe. Celesten is a guy I always thought would be traded. His long injury history makes it hard to count on him as a future player. Just my thought. I can't wait for Emerson.

I'm as negative as anyone about the M's history of failure. They are LITERALLY tied with the team they're playing a 4 game series with this weekend for the last WC. 2 months is a long time.
Everyone in this division except us is hot af right now and we're not talking about a team that does anything but meander in mediocrity over its final two months under its current construction. If Geno revitalizes the team RIGHT NOW, maybe. But losing to the A's just pisses me right the **** off and it's terrible timing for it to happen.

you mean ... the Rangers.... EVERYONE in the division? 5-5, 4-6, and 6-4 over the last ten games is hardly.... hot

Depends where you count from. They went on a six-game winning streak recently.

Again the rangers.. yes.. But you said the DIVISION, So lets count further back... Houston lost 4 in a row, then won one... Then lost hree in a row. Then won 4 in a row, then lost 5 five in a row....

Athletics are hot and cold but looks really good to be a fun "Vegas" team I guess? but still sitting at the bottom

Angles lost 3 and 4 in a row, win loss win loss etc before that.

The RANGERS are the ONLY team on a tear after Allstar and a bit before it.

So as my point stands... since the break and a little before.. its not the entire division, its literally the rangers

I don’t know if naylor or geno wanted to come here. Naylor certainly didn’t want the trident. Geno was pretty open about wanting to stay in Arizona which could also mean I don’t wanna go to Seattle. Ya know the last guy to hit a walk off grand slam against Seattle and then become a mariner before Naylor? Kendrys Morales. He didn’t wanna be a mariner either

What’s going to happen to Ben Williamson? He was playing a pretty
Nasty 3rd base.

If there was anything negative to say about him was he wouldn’t
Swing at the first 2 pitches, and usually ended up behind in the
Count. Lack of aggressiveness may of cost him the starting job.

That is exactly what they are doing, Young and Ben W both have played
short in the minors also.
Lot of options over JP but not experienced and very young, it's for next
year to figure out.

So how far away is felnin celestine from the bigs and is Colt Emerson a 2nd base clone of Colt Young, or is he Ss or 3b?
I think what I heard is they are probably end of next season if not 2027. I think Emerson projects to play 3B in MLB. Celesten is a SS, he's a pretty small guy.

I think the one position we really have no prospects at is 1B. Meaning it might be important to sign Naylor to an extension but that would require ownership to put money on the table.
