It seems that Geno will be complicated given his age and Mariner cheapness. But Naylor, if he likes it here, would seem doable. But what do I know.
We just need to get hot again, like that span against the Yanks and Tigers, start building momentum, stirring up a buzz for the team and its prospects with the fans. You can't underestimate how such things provides a team and its players with real focus, like everything they do really matters.
I do kind of wish we had a more experienced skipper at the helm for this dash to the finish. Decisions are going to matter if we're going to make a run at the division, which I think should be the goal now. But oh well.
