He could have had at least four picks in this game.

There's no good reason to give this guy new money in two years when he turns 36. Lack of options are probably the only thing saving his job for next year.

A first round rookie QB on a five year contract allows the Seahawks to bring in more talent. Geno Smith time is probably coming to an end in Seattle IMO.

Yeah, people will complain that a rookie won't do as well as Geno, but it's not like we're winning anything WITH Geno. I'm OK having a slightly worse record if we're heading in the right direction. Geno ain't that.

I've been a supporter of Geno's since he became the starter, but now... No, I'm done with him, that throw was absolutely unacceptable and can not be defended...

Being able to sign a few more free agents and another draft will have the Seahawks a lot better to bring along a rookie first round QB. It is not like the Hawks are devoid of talent at skill positions. Fortify trenches and keep adding talent.

Honestly even it's a 6th round QB if you have to. Use the money for the rest of the team while still trying to draft a QBOTF

Smith has always been like that. That's why his ass rode the bench for 9 years. I was against the resign of this dude and I wasn't happy with the Grubb hire. Woolen is trash. I don't wanna hear about the O-line or play calling. Geno Smith has always been garbage. Our D played fine today. Our offense has lost us the games we lost this year. Imagine if we had an AVERAGE offense. Our D would have been SO much better.

No one said this season would be easy but what we learned is that this team needs a QBOTF a lot sooner.
At this point, if they have to trade DK or another star player to make that happen, I'm all for it. I want Smith off this team and take Grubb and Woolen with you.

This has always been Genos MO.....not quite good enough. Though Murphies face mask cost the game......there were receivers open that were often not seen.

The way the offense has played this whole season makes me think they aren't behind Grubb and his play calling.

The offense did better than average against the Viikings D led by Flores, but the problem is you are not paying Geno Smith to be average to above average. That is why drafting a QB in the first round becomes more enticing from a cap perspective.

Geno isn't the answer but I hope we do not draft a QB in the first or second round. We have ignored the OL for a decade and it's time to start investing into it for once.
