After living in the mountains of Alaska and Montana for most of my life, I’ve become pretty comfortable with road conditions like this.
The big difference between my Audi and the various pickups I’ve driven is that the Audi doesn’t give you any warning. It can do a lot more than the trucks, but the margin near the edge of control is razor thin. You have to read the road for yourself. I keep my trucks in 2wd because you can feel the road conditions as they change. You get lots of warning.
