49ers forfeit 5th round pick

Due to accounting irregularities, the 49ers will be penalized by forfeiting their 5th round pick in 2025:

Niners to forfeit 2025 fifth-round pick as result of administrative payroll accounting errors

The league determined that it was a technical screw-up and the 49ers were not trying to circumvent the salary cap. I assume that if they were trying to do something more nefarious that it would have been a bigger penalty.

Or, certain members could grow out of their childish grade school level thinking that everyone is out to get them and if things don't go their way someone must be cheating.

I imagine that a certain member in here was a legend in his driveway shooting hoops against air, then took his "skills" down to the local court and the first time he had the ball stolen or blocked he took his ball home and told his mommy that the other kids were cheaters.

This . That certain member , along with a few others , always blame officiating after a loss too . They don't seem to realize how ' whiney ' they seem . As far as SF is concerned ; they have had better coaching and better teams than the Hawks in recent years . That's just the reality of it .

I’m at a complete loss when I try to figure out how San Francisco can fit all these contracts under the cap???? They have the best left tackle in the league, the highest paid defensive player in bosa , the 2nd best TE, Hargrave, ward, Kyle j, mccaffery , green law and Warner and more. An embarrassment of riches. They seem to never lose anyone while the chiefs have to let tackles and wr’s walk all the time because of the cap.

Is lynch a genius?

Are they kicking the can down the road and in terrible shape financially in the future??

Can someone explain to me what specifically they’ve done to get these guys all under the cap?

Our starting qB is getting paid 800,000 this year... this will change in 2 years. Contract next year which will be coming due in 2 years. Likely to lose both Kittle and Greenlaw then. Mahomes is getting paid 40,000,000 a year
