That's a good side hustle for him. He will have an much easier time building up his clientele, as a popular current Seahawks player as opposed to random rookie real estate agent. Rich Seahawks fans may be willing to take a small loss on selling their house using him as a real estate agent, to have access one of the best Seahawks WRs of all-time.

Which is BS if you think about it. Only one parent is held accountable for financially supporting the children.

My sisters ex is a drunk who Can’t keep a job. My sister has been responsible for supplying him housing, first in Brooklyn and now in Marin County, so that he can keep The kid half time. She also pays for a housekeeper as she doesn’t trust him to do it. She pays 100 percent for the kids private school and camp and so forth. She will be paying for all the college.

All He has to do is make sure she goes to school.

This will go on until the kid turns 18 in 2029.

I am not saying your sister is a bad mom or not financially supporting her children. What I am saying is that the system can be abused by the custodial parent.
