Conditional 3rd?

I honestly was not much of a Lance fan the year he came out. I had him as like the 5th QB.

I figured Shanahan would go for Mac or Fields instead.

ya, i think that’s his market right now.
I would think he is a top 5 QB in this draft at the very least, possibly higher.
With Lance, there is at least a possibility that some of that Captain America shit he did for a short time in college has a chance to translate yet still. Lynch all but hung a for sale sign around his neck today.

Wow. It's hard to imagine them giving him up so soon. Considering what they paid for him.

A 3rd is very low cost.

I don't think I would do it though.

Lance is like a lottery ticket with some of the numbers scratched off already.
We are talking about a 22 yr old, 6’4 230ish and has had 4 NFL starts.
Lol at anyone saying they have a player figured out after 4 games. For the qb position?

I honestly hope the Niners do not trade him because watching him go off on another team would be painful.
He has more value right now pre-draft than he ever will

The Niners wouldn't deal him to a division rival. But I'm sure a number of teams would take the chance on him.

I would for a 3rd
jfc the league frickin gives out 3rd round comp picks for helping up the job ladder for your blind Korean DL coach to that next HC position, or whatever other ethic groups you get those picks for.
not sure how it works, it probably should work around true ethnic representation.
So if you hire an Aboriginal HC, it’s a first round comp pick.

No and more no, we do not want a guy that doesn't have the mental aspect, doesn't have touch or a finesse game, got by on being a great athlete against players that could not match it mostly, he is in the NFL and he is ona level playing field now.

The 49ers liked him enough to commit to him as their #1 QB early last offseason. I wouldn't have thought his injury would be enough for them to sour on him. No reason to sell low.

SF isn't even confident in his abilities to backup Purdy.

I'd guess his market is more like a 5th.
chris simms, kyle shanahan's best friend, suggests trey "the bust" lance is only worth a 5th or 6th rounder. oof.

I don’t believe that lynch’s remarks meant a whole lot.

Lance will start almost no matter what.
