Seems steep --- but will be great to see him back in Seahawks uniform. Defense needs a leader and communicator. Was obviously missing last year.
Not steep at all. What he adds to this team goes way beyond what he does on game days (which will be substantial). The defense just got both its heart and soul back.

Looking forward to seeing him in the throwback unis.

The Wagner Elite SleeveHawk jersey will be my first Jersey purchase. (I was gifted others).

I'm usually a logical dude, but I seriously don't care what arguments are made dismissing this move. I'm grinning cheek to cheek about seeing Bobby in a Hawks uni once again.

Great signing. Even if Wags has lost a step, he’s still the best ILB on the team and an unquestioned leader. This was sorely missing last season. Pleased with what the Seahawks have done so far. They can now go for BPA in the draft. NT is the biggest need. Any of the following players - Ika, Smith, or Benton fills that nicely.

I still hope they draft at least one LB. Someone who can sit and learn for a year our two and then step and start.
You can bet they'll pick up a LB or two next month , not to mention all the way up to the start of the season.

They don't have enough LB to field a team.

I hope they got some salary concessions from some of those overpaid on D in return for him coming back.

Also, BWagz has a lot of other business interests outside football. It'd be great to have him lapse from player to coach, but he may only be in the NFL until he's done playing.

Whatever happens next year, today is a good day and the Seahawks are better than they were yesterday.

With "all due respect" to our other free agents, this is the best news of the off-season!

But, Bobby's role will be different...in a 4-3 the plays are designed to feature the middle Linebacker as a "tackling machine", but in the 3-4, he will be often times taking on a Guard and sharing the middle with our new (and fast) Linebacker Devin Bush. Bobby has experience and strength, but might not need to be so fast in this system.

#54 has also been a team Captain and wore the green dot on his helmet. But, our new Safety, Julian Love, wore the dot as team Captain with the Giants...It looks like we will have both physical power and brain power on the defense this year!

Now we need a "Nose Tackle"!
