Oh brother, 9 pounds and now he's "fat"
Gaining 9 pounds in 2 weeks is probably a red flag.Oh brother, 9 pounds and now he's "fat"![]()
I mean, dude. Come on. It's almost 10 pounds in about as many days. If he's putting on weight like that, he probably isn't training - and this is a pretty important time to be training. You just like arguing with me, and that's ok
Players gain and lose weight with the quickness all the time. And how does he know it's not muscle gain?
I doubt they take him anyway. Meh
I agree tho Fish. That much weight…when you’re supposed to be going hard in the gym…You just like arguing with me, and that's ok

Or…he’s eating 12 Big Macs. And that’s just breakfastThe only way he is putting on 9 pounds in 2 weeks is if he cut weight for the combine, and is just rebounding to(ward) his natural weight. I don't really see how that is a major issue. I assume that is a common manipulation for players.
Fair enough. I doubt they take him anyway.I agree tho Fish. That much weight…when you’re supposed to be going hard in the gym…
Im not sold on this dude
One thing to consider is that many athletes looking for a certain number on combine day have fasted for a day and only sipped water. From what little I know of the guy, he doesn't sound like that type, but never know....I mean, dude. Come on. It's almost 10 pounds in about as many days. No one wants to see a guy gain this much weight in two weeks during combine/pro day workouts (other than Bryce Young).
This all stacks up with everything we've heard about Carter being immature and a character red flag. Don't act like others are stupid for pointing out the obvious.
I think it shows that at the most important time in his professional life ,he isn't staying ready. I'm guessing he's believing the press and he doesn't have to make effort above and beyond what he's already done. Add that to the other stuff and I disagree with many on here in that I hope Seattle steers clear of Carter.Oh brother, 9 pounds and now he's "fat"![]()
Could I assume that you're a " draft Carter at all costs " person? We shouldn’t just not draft him but burn him at the stake.
I mean you heard something from a guy on twitter who heard it from a guy.
I hope this is how the Seahawks set their draft board.![]()
