Example Like the ref let one slide there when the CB snagged DK's arm and held on. lol (50/50 call tbh)

It strikes me as odd that they had to have such a long convo about it...
because otherwise we're looking at 1st down.

Ineligible downfield has always had the exception if the OL is engaged in a block. Haynes was fully engaged until the pass was thrown. That never used to be a penalty.
