New D aside, the fundamentals are the biggest issue, that is the biggest red flag. Tackling fundamentals are the same whether you're in 3-4 or 4-3. This has been an issue since around 2018. It's only been getting worse each year.

It’s all Pete. I thought they changed the defense? Guess not. They still suck. Pete got lucky with the LOB. Won’t happen again. I am all for firing Pete. He needs to retire.
