I know we are all sick of hearing about it. I am worried about a bias like the Steelers and Bettie got. Then I thought of the flip side. This could be Manning last chance to be thought of as anything but a mediocre big game QB.

Thats a lot of pressure!

I truly hope he is not wheeled out on a stretcher, that is my biggest fear.

I don't care about adding more gold to an old man's trophy room already full, this day we establish our own legacy.

I will say this, Fran Tarkenton, Jim Kelly. Both there multiple times bith came up short, at least Peyton has one. Yeah it's a but different now with all the hype and media , but those two are hall of famers as well and it didn't help their cause.

So far the best news of the day is the fact Jerome Bettis didn't make it to the HOF,,,,,,again.

His legacy is that he is a very rich man...he was not happy in his post presser...didn't like the word embarassment....hard to admit the truth I guess?

I'm tired of it too. Manning legacy is not SEAHAWK related.
This should be in the NFL area.
Not being hateful, just saying.

It is Seahawk related. Seahawks are the ones to have made that legacy where it stands today - at its very end.

The end of a legacy, the beginning of a dynasty.

I liked the idea that he put whomever asked that question in their places by telling them there were 2 lockers rooms full of professional players who worked hard to get to that game and didn't feel embarassment was the proper word.

Said they didn't perform well but game the Seahawks credit for causing most of that.
