I think most peoples list would be fairly similar. Here's some of mine...

Biggest Disappointments (for whatever the reason):

--Eagles
--Jaguars
--Patriots
--Seahawks
--Jets

Thought about the Falcons, Bengals, Vikings, Giants...

Biggest Surprises:

--Texans
--Rams
--Browns
--Buccaneers
--Ravens

I'm sure peoples lists might be a little different, but still a lot of the same teams.

Sure I am disappointed we didn't make the play-offs but don't think we fit in as one of the biggest disappointments of the season, most meda punter had us for about 9 wins for example this one had us at 8.5. https://www.sharpfootballanalysis.com/betting/nfl-team-win-totals-odds-best-bets/. Other teams I would completely disagree with you on are the Buccs (who were regarded as a mediocre team in a poor division who could quite likelt scrabble enough wins from those division games to win it with a record around 500.), and the Browns (a lot of uncertainty here but there was a lot of belief that Watson would return to his best and pay back the Browns forhis ridiculas contract)

Biggest Disappontments
- Bengals
- Giants
- Jets
- Pats
- Chargers

Biggest Surprises
- Rams
- Texans
- Packers
- Lions
- Ravens (they were expected to do well but not the best record in the league)
