Now that we have that unbearable time of the year when most other teams play in the NFL but our beloved Hawks out of the way it's time to turn our attention to this Monday Night when we take on the Redskins. Just like the Chargers prediction, I don't feel great about this game. In the Chargers case it was the combination of 118 degree heat and executing a great game plan against us that doomed that game. This Monday, you have one of the most feared opponents in the NFL: A battered, beaten, desperate animal backed into a corner.

This game will be tilting precariously between blowout by us or flukey, crazy plays by the Redskins that keep them in it or worse.

I always love our chances under the national spotlight and in the end, well, Russell Gawdam Wilson.

Aros' Fearless Prediction: Seahawks 34 - Redskins 23

Expect a big game from Harvin in the kickoff return category.

Expect a lot of pressure on Cousins and a poor running game by Alfred Morris.

Expect a comfortable win. Seattle 27 Racist names 10.

I have a feeling the Skins will come out a look like an entirely different and much improved team than what the nation saw against the Giants. With that being said, I think Russell will have some success making plays with his feet when they blitz. I would bet Russell has 60+ yards of rushing, to go along with a 250 yard passing day.

The loss of Douchebag Hall will be a big factor for the Skins.

IF Britt can hold his own against Kerrigan, we might get a 40 burger.

I think it's tight and a flag fest game, the officials are going to be trying to control everything.

I'd really love to say this will be a blow out after the way the Giants slapped the Skins around (like Seahawks 38- Skins 10), but I just don't think it will be after that national televised smashing they took, plus they are at home again.

I see something like...
Seahawks-27
Skins-17

10 points is a lot of points in the NFL, but it's not a blow out either.

Oh and much like everyone else I'm 2-1 to date.

I'm changing my prediction. I'm taking FedEx Field as the winner, 3-0 for torn ACLs in a brutal shutout.
