New Holiday?

I propose that all members of the 12th man celebrate "Groundhawk" day every February 2nd as a new holiday to celebrate our first ever Super Bowl Championship. The day that all other NFL teams come out from their holes in the ground to see if Marshawn Lynch's shadow is still looming above them. When they see it, they will run back underground in fear for 6 more months (instead of 6 more weeks. see what I did there?) until Early August for the preseason!

I was going to propose an all new one, but since this takes place on an existing holiday, we just have to modify it..

The "Moment of Loudness" should be observed every year.
