NFL bag policy

I'm really confused about the bag policy regarding bags can only be clear. Do does it have to be completely clear plastic? Because I'd like to bring a camera and since they don't allow camera bags anymore for whatever reason and it might rain, I'm not sure what to do about it. The bag that I have is plastic but not completely clear, but you could obviously see what is inside of it.

They only allow NFL-approved bags, period. If it's not one of their NFL-approved bags (completely clear front to back, top to bottom) they'll make you check it at the gates.

Does that mean they do allow the bag once they check it at the gates?
