Another relevant statistic:

Since 2006 every NFC team in the Super Bowl has played the AFC East (and have beaten the Bills.)

SF has a consistent WWL pattern. They are currently WWLW.

Need I say more?

Also, IIRC, every SB winning team has had at least one 3-game win streak. SF has not had a 3-game win streak this year.
