On the missed PI call, Russ said he was targeting #10 until he was pulled down and forced it to Doug.

I wonder if he threw it anyway, if a flag would of resulted as ref would of had to play his hand. Instead of thinking "he didn't throw there."

I know a flag is a flag.

I am not sure he realized that it was an obvious foul at that moment. It was safer to throw it to Baldwin.

The fall happened almost immediately after the snap, so I believe it. Huge miss by the officials

They flat out chose to not throw the flag. Everyone with eyes could see he was pulled to the ground. Yet again, the Refs had a huge impact. And they were brutal for BOTH teams all day long.
