Don't blame the Oline.

The Bengals put 8 in box to stop run..

Wilson had time to throw.

Watching the tape made me want to throw up.

The Hawks should have easily won this game. For those of you that have the game recorder, watch the cushion Bengal DB's were giving our receivers (9-11 yards every play) including the 3rd and 4 play which would have given us the first down and win. WHY IN THE HELL WERE WE NOT THROWING BUBBLE SCREENS TO LOCKETT????? By not taking the yards the Bengals were giving us, we played to their strengths, since the Bengals could just bunch up 10 yards down the field giving Russell Wilson no passing lanes. THEY WERE GIVING US 5 YARDS A PLAY AND THIS HAPPENED IN THE RAMS GAME AS WELL!!. No excuses, Wilson needs to audible and check down. This was not on Bevell. If our Quarterback can't recognize this then why is he spending all this time in the film room????

THIS LOSS IS ON WILSON!!!!!

End of Story.

This is becoming a trend with Wilson. Not sure if it's his vision or lack thereof, if he isn't recognizing what the defense is giving him, if his head is scrambled and he can't make the right choice in the time given, what it is.

I noticed a bit of that while watching the game.

I love the man, his grit and determination is sick. His poise and football smarts seem to be getting exposed a bit this year, more than previously.

The thing is we are losing with far superior talent. I would love to see what Belicheat would do with our talent. Our lack of brains on offense is killing us.

I think Kam is the goat for being out of position on both TDs to the tight end. Ironically, both touchdowns were identical plays, and Kam apparently learned nothing the first time around.

Another goat is Bennett for the stupid personal foul after Earl's INT. What a waste of great field position. That cost the Hawks 4 points IMO.

Finally, why the hell did Bevell and Carroll pull Rawls at the end of the game and in overtime to make Fred Jackson the featured back? Rawls was on fire, But those clowns replaced him with a pedestrian Jackson when we needed a bruising runner. I don't get it.

If there are 8 men in the box then why are running plays called by the offensive coach gaining 1 yard?

Did you see on the all 22 (which is not available yet) if receivers were open?

With all due respect, you're wrong!
The OC is the biggest problem this team has, even worse than the O-line.
In the 6 last possessions there was 6 punts. If you truley believe that's solely on exececution, then you are watching the game thru Bevell colored glasses.

There's one play I can't get over. In the 3rd quarter Russell goes deep to Lockett. Tyler makes the catch and is initially ruled inbounds for a 40 yard gain, but replay shows that he got one foot out of bounds. If Russ throws that ball more in the field instead of leading Lockett to the sideline it's not only a catch, but most likely a TD.

I agree. Bevell is to the Hawks what John Fox is and was to the Bears and Broncos, respectively. Bevell's ultra mega conservative game planning has the offense operating with a ball and chain around the legs and arms of the key players.

Replacing a red hot Rawls at the end of the game with a frozen Fred Jackson is all on the OC. Wlison doesn't pick personnel for each play, that's Bevell's job.

#Seahawks total yards through three quarters: 328.
Total yards in fourth quarter/overtime: 39.

Bengals had around 250 yards in the 1st-3rd quarters and had over 250 in the 4th and overtime............

If you watched the tape you wouldn't be making incoherent statements. It is up to the quarterback to make audibles, wilson has that power. You are blindly making uninformed statements.

Yes better ball placement by RW should have been there on that one

Should an NFL receiver drag his second foot instead of forgetting the basic differences between college and NFL - absolutely

That was on both of them

The seahawks had 1 first down in the 4th quarter. Rawls had a carry every position so I am not sure this has any relevance.

Wilson does not Audible unless he is in a hurry up, once he breaks the huddle you never see him change the play up, you don't see any position shifts, how often is he stepping back and yelling out the new play to the receivers or to the back. Very, very, rarely.

You audible out of blitzes etc. if the coaches see that many in the box it is their damn job to call the right play PRIOR to the team lining up. If RW constantly overrode his coach then you have a mutiny. So you are blaming RW for not changing the philosophy of the calls by his bosses

The blame is split on Russ and Bevhell. Russ can't see open receivers over the middle because he's too short. Bevhell thinks the quick / short pass games means rather than calling his usual 60 yds route down the field, he calls one that is only 40 yds.
