Yep. Although I can't fault since the whole defense was kinda dissapointing besides the playmaking.

D in general was bad except the D line on occasion even Sherm got burned while bracketing with ET. Go with a 3 I guess dude fell down on the game tying TD but besides that wasn't much worse than the rest of the D

He failed. He failed on his face. I feel for him, but he sucked today on a day that his team needed him. I certainly don't pin everything on him of course, but since this thread is just about Dion Bailey, I'd say we should be looking for any sort of upgrade.

OP asked a fairly direct question, congrats on trying to derail it.

He definitely showed some growing pains.

Growing pains? His coverage was consistently poor all day even before the big TD. Maybe a 2 overall.

Thought he played a solid game, minus the falling down.

We left TEs open all day.

WRs were released to run free.

Something else was wrong, Dion was a disaster but how much was his fault is debatable. I love Kris Richard, but I think he might need some help at DC. Or whoever is taking over the secondary for him is a flaming basket of buffalo turds.

The defensive line played well, the rest of the defense was a nightmare. So it would be impossible to evaluate the safety after the rest of the defense was such a mess.

I don't want to pile on the kid but he tripped over his own feet and that gave up the tying TD. Zero.

Seattle isn't going anywhere with that kid at safety.

Gave him a 5, he played and while there was passes completed I think some was on LB's as well and the scheme trying to protect him to a degree, yes he fell, unfortunate.

Being his first real game and his nerves and excitement probably off the charts we can only look for improvement going forward.
