That's Josh Johnson, a QB on and off the Niner roster this season. He's part of, if not co-founder, of Lynch's foundation and Marshawn's cousin.

My Mom lives in the Bay Area and told me last Friday Lynch showed up at an elementary/high school in the area that Lynch's cousin's son goes to and he wanted to use the bathroom. Her friend who was working in the office didn't recognize him and made him sign in and followed him to the bathroom and was bossing him around. She had no clue it was Beast. Thought this was share worthy.
