Unsportsmanlike Conduct - Grabbing Helmet area

I thought it was going to be a taunting penalty for talking down at the guy on the ground—which would have been legit.

Or Cousins illegal forward pass for the TD. He was a yard in front of the sticks.

Fairly sure that was not a penalty. The entire body must be past the line of scrimmage for the pass to be illegal. The replay showed his right foot on the line.

Helmet opening call, didn't happen, bad call.
Missed face mask call a few plays later, makeup for bad previous call.
unnecessary roughness call... man they called it on the Vikings first then reversed to the Seahawks on somebody that was nowhere near the foul made by the Vikings. Bad call.
Cousins' touchdown pass was a good no call. Still had half his body behind the line of scrimmage.
Blocked field goal was illegal. You can't jump through a gap in the offense line using your hands on teammates.
