Why should we care who they sign? I'm good just rolling with Rypien...hey that could be a trademarked tagline

They have a legit backup in #letsridethebench. They just need a legit starter in front of him.

Foles only works if you sign him as the back-up. He's useless as the official starter.
Exactly, as backup, so Wilson gets to take a few games off to try setting his mind straight. Russ badly need time to find some temple or whatnot high up on Himalaya or deep in Vatican for an able exorcist to cleanse his mind and get rid of mind genie planted by Pete Carroll in that Monday night football.

Oh, that makes sense. And as a backup, Foles is a SB MVP. He also chucked 7 TDs in a 2013 game as Vick's backup, which was an NFL record until Eli and Brees engaged in a shootout and Brees also threw 7 (Eli threw 6).

They have Brett Rypien.

Who at least had the benefit of playing in the preseason.
What cracks me up about that is that Wilson has played like a backup QB all season. The actual backup, Rypien, plays for one game, and there's no noticeable improvement. And then tons of Broncos fans conclude that it must be the coach's fault.

Not that the coach is faultless, he is certainly flawed. But expecting to determine whether the problem lies with the QB or the coach by watching how well the backup plays? Unless your backup is Geno Smith, I don't see any logic in that.

His mind is certainly messed up, but it wasn't just Pete who messed it up. The 12s booing, the Bronco fans booing, him surrounding himself with yes-men and believing his own schtick, etc., all of that did him in mentally.

The lacking of chemistry between Russ and his teammates are now apparent, and Russ being a player and a partner to HC and GM, can he ask for signing of additional WRs?
