Honestly I think RG3 falls into the same category as kaepernick. He is an athlete who can play quarterback. He will occasionally tear it up as a quarterback but really relies on his athletic ability to be his best.

Flip that around and Wilson/Luck who are quarterbacks with athletic ability.
