we have more picks, more cap, we are in better position if we want to make a move. So the question is should we?

The only AFC team he would be traded to is the Jets, QB graveyard, Saints don't have the trade capital and will have to cut talent to get him in under the cap. Panthers are not much different than us, however John and Pete may not want to get into a bidding war and just be playing poker to drive the price up, after all look at all the FA we have to sign, we don't have a defense or a O line as of now to brag about. The numbers the last few weeks of the season would be the only selling point and that we will be fielding a more aggressive team. Pete and John sell really well when they want to, still he will ask for a 40 million or so contract or more very shortly.

Its Carolina or Saints.

You read the requirements and still thought Carolina?

Maybe Watson has some heart feels for his college home? Cuz, um, nothing else matched.

Per what has been public shared, Saints do have the ability to do this. And under their cap.

IMO, other than Hawks, Saints and Eagles are most likely. I’m rooting for the Saints. :D

Sorry, eta: AFC - Steelers?

One of the selling points about the Hawks is how famous Wilson made himself there.

But, look at the years he did it.

Wilson rocked the NFCW when he had no competition for it.

Requirement: Does the team have a good head coach?

Hint, at 70 years old, just drove the previous HOF QB away, due to being head-strong, old-school set in his ways.

I believe Pete Carroll has now become a liability in attracting talented players to Seattle.

The Hawks won't sign Watson. They will depend on the draft for a cheap solution which will allow them to rebuild via the draft, And they won't use the #9 pick. JS will trade down.
