Violence at a football game is always uncalled for and completely inappropriate.

I apologize to the Saints fans and the victim on behalf of the Seahawks and the Seattle community if any of them read this. I think if the couple who got hauled off have charges pressed against them, great. Violence is absolutely unacceptable.

I'm also in the same boat as Hawkwow and Riley. Very, VERY rarely does something like this go unprovoked or without reason. I'm not saying that it was the victim's fault by any means, but we don't know the full story. Unfortunately, I just doubt that it was completely random and unprovoked. I don't think that this AlaskaSaints guy is thinking clearly, either. "I want blood," "I'm gonna get mine." Give me a break, tough guy. Let the justice system do it's job or sue the shit out of the people. If this guy is the type of dude who goes vigilante after someone hundreds (thousands?) of miles away, what kind of lady marries him...?

Seriously though, what kind of couple in their right mind decides to duke it out with a random woman? Probably drunk... But there's no reason to hit some random person ESPECIALLY when you're surrounded by witnesses and security. Idiot fans making the rest of us look bad.

Reminds me of a Bill Burr segment...

He goes over and gives them a sincere apology on behalf of the 12th man, and they attack him and our town, fanbase. well that worked out well. Truly sorry for what happened, having said that *@$% Black and Gold and your soft shitty defense playing mole faced team...Drop 40 first downs on that...

From the same guy:

My wife is going with a girlfriend. Last time I went to Seattle I almost went to jail defending myself, so I'm gonna pass. Classless fans. Absolutely classless.

I bet every time he goes to Seattle it's like WTO for him in CLink.

Seriously, every single post of his there about anything to do with Seattle has some derogatory or snarky-ass comment attached to it. He's either 13 years old or just one of those people that hates anything and everything to do with a rival. I hate loads of teams but I don't rip apart every aspect of their cities/states. This guy's a man-child and/or probably a habitual liar that loves to make stuff up or embellish the hell out of stories.

I was going to respond in that thread, but I'm not going to. SaintsBro is looking for a reason to fight and cannot be convinced, so I'm just leaving it alone. Anyone that thinks a ton of any game day fan base is like that is a moron. I feel sorry for the person that got assaulted and her husband, and I'm glad the two Seahawks fans got arrested; but let's be realistic. Rag on us once we have a stabbing every year like the 49ers, not when incidences are rare and don't require hospitalization.

I have been on that site since the SF-NO 2012 playoff game. There were also unsubstantiated claims made on that site of fan violence at the game. Now, there were some true incidents, but they were claiming more and I got suspicious. Plus, they really like to say that other fanbases are classless. That and the posters on that site can make the Webzone look intelligent.

I'm not saying it isn't true, but I would be a little skeptical.

Real or not, onanygivensunday made a classy gesture and I appreciate that. If there is any backlash for his gesture, thats on you/them.

If there were a local police report, this might be more than an allegation.

I have been to New Orleans enough (and the Super Dome) enough to know that place makes Seattle look like Disneyland. I read some Saints post about how bored the security people must be. Yeah, inside the stadium for those who can afford to go to the games, but right outside lurks danger and I am talking leave you in the alley for a dollar danger.

Who knows? It could be legit and that just sucks. I have personally never witnessed an unprovoked attack in 159 Seahawk games. Except for that Cowboys' fan in 2004 and I'm not sure it was a Hawks fan that beat him. We did throw tape balls at a Raider fan, who eventually attacked but was escorted out under fire and extreme hostility. The question is why would a Seahawks fan thrash a Saints fan after a win? I mean there is some stupid people out there, but when you are leaving the stadium high-fiving dudes and maybe talking smack, those are good times. I just can't see a Seahawk's fan busting someone up after a win.

I could however see an extremely dejected, ego bruised and shocked opposing fan generating a sob story to show some level of classless in Seattle. After all this game's hype and a strong show of confidence from Saints fans that the Hawks weren't for real, which do you think is more likely?

For what it's worth, I texted one of the SPD Sergeants that work the home games and asked about this and he said nothing like this was reported to the PD, and they didn't have any reports from C-Link security about anything like this. He's one of the cops that lead up these types of incident calls at the stadium, so he finds it hard to believe that it took place at the stadium.

Not saying it absolutely didn't happen as claimed, but it may have had to happen outside of stadium grounds if it did.

I just read through that thread. Screw that group of Biblical Losers. They are all fired up over there over a story. Claims his wife went to the bathroom and was ribbed by a man and punched by his wife. Then the "authorities" were contacted and the couple was removed. Did anyone and I mean anyone see a couple getting removed by the cops? It would have made quite a scene for sure.

Lots of talk, but no names, just a bunch of Saints cry-babies with a chunk taken out of their ass. I hope it isn't true, but if it is and this guy is trying to associate us with that type of fan (another fan stated "prove us wrong") they are just as classless. Screw that guy and his wife at this point. I suppose we should assume that every New Orleans resident smells like the stench of death, would rob your toddler and sleeps in the alley on a dumpster because there are folks there that actually do that.

Here is what I know. 106 people have been booked into King County Jail in the last 24hrs (Do not ask me how I know that is the place you go when you get hosed at the stadium) Both Regional Justice Center and Downtown. Not a one of them was charged with assault that wasn't related to Domestic Violence and there were not two with the same last name. The Poster over at the Saints board said it was a married couple. I wonder how he could know all that and not have a popo report without their names. He did say he wanted "blood" after all. Wouldn't that meant that he pressed charges for sure.?

I am calling BS on it now. Go stroke yourselves some more Saints Nation. you have officially out trolled Niner fans.

This is reading BS to me, and the terminally-ill friend is the tip-off. That is the sure fire way to incite emotion over logic. Coupled with the non police report, there's a whole lot of anger outlet and mob gathering IMO. It makes a sore loser feel better if the other people are terrible.
