I would guess its a trade, and more importantly a trade for a WR.

Reasoning:
1. #NoTime2Sleep is regarding preparing for next years Super Bowl Run.
2. If it is a trade or a Free Agent signing.... I doubt Russ would be in the loop if it was a defensive player.
3. He could be notified if it going to affect his Offense. WR is the most pressing need on that side of the ball.

I seriously doubt Russell Wilson is going to be using his twitter to break team news. He knows that's not his job, and he's the no bullshit type of dude.

Yeah. I went back a looked and saw that part where you put in your zip code and it calculates shipping and tried it and it came up $12. I dunno if I just didn't see that the first time or if it wasn't there, but it let me put through the order and didn't charge me anything for shipping.
