with Quinn at DC this team would be better overnight. 100% lock, take it to the bank. they fired KNJ at Oakland for a reason. He's not DC material. he's a position coach that's in way over his head.

Which begs the question. Would Dan Quinn be effective as a DC, even if Pete stepped back and let him run the defense?

Lots of fans calling for his return forget that he only had the one year after the rule changes, and he had the LOB in their prime.

DQ had 100% full control over ATL and they were garbage at defense, I don’t believe DQ is the answer. I think a different DC and change of scheme would be the best bet imo.
