I would bet San Diego tries to get something done to keep the Chargers now with a gun to their head, even if the Chargers leave that 100 million, San Diego Raiders with the 100 million and a agreement to build one after the Chargers have said they will leave, now this puts a gun to the Oakland situation much like Al did. This isn't over for years.

Idk...right now emotions are running really high with both Mark Davis, & Alex Spanos both are equally pissed off, because they thought they had the best deal outta the 3 teams that wanted to go to Los Angeles. But then enters Jerry Jones, owner of the Cowboys who brokers the deal for the Rams & the Chargers to share a stadium in the Los Angeles area.

Some folks in the Bay Area feel that this is payback/revenge towards the Raiders, because back in the day Al Davis sued the NFL to go to Los Angeles, when he was told no by the League. Then he returned to Oakland, and placed debt on the taxpayers with Mount Davis, (a remodel of the Oakland Coliseum) which they are still paying for.

But what I really got from Mark Davis interview with the Media is that he does not want his team in Oaktown, in fact he sounded like "anywhere" but Oaktown. Plus add that the Oakland A's want the Raiders off the premises, because they want to tear down the old Coliseum to make way for their Baseball Park. Basically the Raiders are in Limbo, they do not have a lease to play at the Coliseum next year, and they have no plans as of yet for a new venue.
