The first one is a very bad video. It goes over the worst call in history and anyone can argue that it isn't, but the fact of the matter is that it was and still is the biggest joke of a call ever in the eyes of most of the country.

The second video is analyst stuff on the upcoming game. In the first defensive play that they show, what you're seeing is how Shead is a superior athlete for a guy who is 6'2 210-ish. Again, he's a better athlete in every way than Sherman. Look it up.
In the second defensive play that they show. The Richard makes a perfect call. We're in nickel and send 5 guys to the QB. The coverage that we run is sort of a robber 3-3. What I mean by that is we'll have 3 short zones and 3 deep zones where the "robber" is that Kam is playing deep and ET makes a B line for the short zone to his right. ET already has to get to that zone anyway, but in doing so he keeps his eyes on the QB with the expectation that the QB will get some pressure and he'll have to throw it....ET is sort of baiting the QB into a place he's supposed to cover anyway. Really good stuff.
