That last spot will likely come down to who plays the best on special teams. They'll keep Brown if he shows he has the chops for it. If they like Reese he may still get waived once before playing this season.

This is a competition. It's not a "win now" move until Reece is actually signed.

That said, I'm certainly glad he's back. He's the type who really makes a stealthy difference in how far the Seahawks can open their playbook.

Honestly, I don't see this as much of a competition even if it's labeled as such. Reece is a very good fullback. We haven't had that since MRob.

A lot of folks here were fans of Brown. Maybe he'll get a shot somewhere else.

Still a little puzzling why we waited this long to sign Reese. Many thought he would be signed after week 1 for a vet min contract or so. Just glad he's back now.

That might be an understatement of this offseason. A lot of people on this site are going to have to change their adopt a rookie pick. I love the idea of Reece and Prosise as pass catching match-up nightmares for DC's around the league.

Luckily the Seahawks are one of the few teams that actually carry a fullback so you're probably right.
