I like how Pete is the same guy no matter who he's talking to. I like how savvy he is to avoid pitfall/trap questions without being grumpy, irate, or frustrated. He doesn't get knocked of his spot ever. Consistency rules.
It's taken outside observers a while to catch on, but some are slowly transitioning away from the happy-go-lucky tag and realizing that being genuine and true to himself and his philosophy is the foundation for getting his players to buy in.
