Yea it’s pretty obvious it’s not a true top 10 list, it’s just the creators opinion, and we certainly don’t know what criteria they used.

Regardless it’s a pretty good video in terms of producing smiles.

Lists are by nature subjective, and when you're picking from a whole season, there are a lot of options to choose from. Best thing to do is just enjoy the vid, knowing there are more out there.
