I don’t know what in the hell is going on with him these days but he is not the player we all expected him to be by now. Yes he was injured last year, there needs to be allowances for that but this season he has been so hit or miss.

Spoon is a special talent and I suppose it’s not fair to try to compare him to Spoon but I was hoping for at least a much better tandem.

Love really lit into him late in the game. Clearly he saw something. Looked to me that his effort was simply terrible.

Is this just an off year or is he just not the talent we thought he was based off of his rookie season?

He did quit, badly, on that looooonnnnngggg third down run, it was very clearly shown, right at the sticks the guy was fighting for the first down and right at the out of bounds riq should have been laying a hit down to help stop the first but he pulled up and was walking, it was egregious. That was the moment love ripped in to him

I accepted long ago that CBs like prime time or Sherm are few and far between. Woolen ain't one of those, he may never develop into one of those. But he is a legit NFL cornerback, he has moments of glory and ugly defeats, just like all CBs.

He plays with no heart, gives up on plays, can't tackle, yet covers very well, and is very fast. If we can get him to finish plays and get physical, we pay him. If he stays soft and remains Reak we should trade him. He is not Prime Time. I am sure we can get a second maybe a first for him.

Yes, but quitting on a play is completely preventable

He’s like the employee we all have worked with that has a ton of talent but needs constant motivation and micromanaging to get them to perform at their peak.
