with mike rob cut, and Winfield possibly being cut do you think they will
Keep Lynch, turbin, Michael, coleman that frees one spot in this group.
and run with only 4 rbs?

Then, with Winfield, gone do they keep shead? or guy Or neither?
and carry another tight end? and move to a tight end in the full back position when required?

I can't decide if they are going to make room for harper, or go with more tight ends on the roster.
or keep ware also?
what are your thoughts? I need some fresh perspective.

I think part of the reason for the Mrob cut was a change in philosophy. Early I think we will see a lot of 2 TE sets ( like they wanted to do with Carlson) and one TE in motion and as an H back. Keep I mind we had Zack play in the backfield to help block when MRob was hurt.

I think we see a lot more varied receiver sets as well. I suspect with Harvin we will see him line up on occasion in the backfield.
Maybe the plan is to keep J Johnson and Guy
Shead I think in depth is still behind Lane.
I don't see lynch leaving this year. The other backs are all low cost players.

My question is, with us almost making the Superbowl last year and us being favored this year....why change your team philosophy????

Db's will probably be the same as last year, Sherman, Browner, Thurmond, Maxwell, Lane, and Simon on the PUP.

I must be confused, we almost made the Superbowl

If my memory serves me right we almost made the NFC Championship game not the Superbowl

As far as Robinson goes it was just cheaper to give those duties to Ware and Coleman. I don't think there is a change of philosophy as to running the ball but they maybe changing up the way that it's done.
