Or a 10 week recovery, if you play for Pete Carroll.

Rapoport basically saying the same thing today: “QB Russell Wilson will have an MRI on his finger today, sources say, and then seek a consultation with hand specialist Dr. Steven Shin of Kerlan-Jobe in LA. The initial belief is he has mallet finger, essentially a sprained joint that makes it hard to flex a finger.”

Hey - for anyone that's interested:

After last night's game - I've got a "Badly Sprained Finger" too!!!!!

For completely unrelated, and non-football related reasons mind you. Looks like I'll be fine by Wednesday ;)

I've never doubted Russell's commitment to playing and competing, or toughness.

But I wouldn't blame him if he made a business decision on this injury and took as long as he needed to assure himself of his future...............his future probably not here.

This will be the excuse when we suck the rest of the year even though we would have sucked anyway. All the coaches will then be back.

He could take up bowling for the rest of the season.... Kap and Cam come in and compete for starter. Percy and TO to round out the offense. ...could make for an interesting season after all.
