Yeah, I know there are lots of picks to come before the last one in the second round, but is there someone you are hoping for who could reasonably be there at pick 64?

Personally, looking at some with low second / high third round picks I wouldn't mind seeing us grab:

R Mason Thomas
D'Angelo Ponds
Gabe Jacas
Derrick Moore
Jason Kilgore

I want Dunker to still be there at 64. (pipe dream, I know but still)

PFN Draft result 1777059588604

I would hope we can trade up in the second from 2027 picks To pick anyone of Zion, or several cbs.

I wouldn't be upset if JS choose to trad down as the middle of this draft has some nice gems and juice. Landing Price opens up options for the Seahawks to maybe go BAP.

Derrick Moore is my prediction for Round 2, but if he’s there on the board… I’ve got that feeling for Ponds. Something tells me I’d love to see him in a Seahawk uniform. He fits MOB mentality.

I would really like to see a talented OL player and a DB, after that I am down with whatever the FO wants.

The upside is there are so many great players left, one of them will drop to 64
Definitely agree. Especially with the players we should be taking. There a fair number of them that other teams might not be interested in as the round progresses.

The upside is that there are no position groups on the Seahawks that are desperate for help this year.

Even at RB, given the continuity of the OL we didn't HAVE to pick Jadarian, we could have had a servicable back later in the draft. We did well there, though. He should be great for us.

At DB, sure we lost a couple of guys, but the guys we have left are still pretty good. We need depth as much as anything. Same for the D-line/Edge group. Our rotation got a little thinner, but we still have some guys.

Even with our off season losses, we're a more complete team than 25 or more other teams out there.

Ponds would be augmenting a strength and adding another wrinkle to Mac's secondary.
