Skip and Steven a. smith talk alot a B.S. about last year was last year and how they gotta prove it this year which is true but this is adamn good start. they'll probably blame it on a pre-season game but you know P. Manning and the rest of the team did'nt wanna go out like that. I just wanna see what they got to say and i hope they have Herm Edwards on too he knows whats goin on in the North West.

Half of their airtime is, and will always be, devoted to the New York Jets.

The New York Jets are a sub-mediocre football team that, at one time, featured Tim Tebow.

Skip Bayless and Steven A. Smith like to argue about Tim Tebow and the New York Jets and Alex Rodriguez and steroids.

Tim Tebow signed with the Patriots.

The New York Jets are kinda horrible.....the whole Sanchez vs. Geno Smith thing might be interesting on a good team....But the Jets are not a good team.

Alex Rodriguez hit a butt-load of HR's on 'roids......

There have been a lot of radio/tv personalities who do nothing but try to cause friction or be confrontational/caustic. However, I could usually listen to them because at least they are entertaining or intelligent. Bayless and Smith are neither. Don't see how anybody could watch them.

I use t o watch it but honestly it got old quickly. It got painful watching Skip Clueless and Preacher A Smith pontificating and often over reacting to things pointlessly. Smith's sermonizing style use to be fun to watch but now its just irritating. I'd sooner take a hammer to the temple than tune in.

Do you not realise THIS IS WHAT HE WANTS.

He says something 'out there'. The fans get on his case. Before you know it his name is all over Twitter, Facebook, forums. He is paid to drive debate. To drive fans to his show. And he succeeds every single time.

Why?

Because people allow themselves to get wound up. The best way to hurt Bayless is to ignore him completely. Yet so few people seem capable of that.

i thought it was funny watching skip trying to justify why the seahawks won't succeed just becuase R. Sherman burned him hard on T.V. a while ago. But i think this show is good inspiration for the seahawks bullitin board material each week. Without haters winning would'nt be as fun.
