We're actually saying the same thing. But the problem you have is you would to see the logo backwards in order the 'Hawk' to look forward at all times.

For example a left sock would need to have the logo backward so it isn't really backward cause it's looking forward, so it is flying, flying high. You guys want to smoke some crack later.

Are you suggesting that one of the Seahawks logos on Russell Wilson's helmet is backwards?

Here. Same sock but the logo is the correct way on each side.

Bad news, bellyfat.

I believe you are being misled, here. I nearly purchased those very stockings before discovering that one hawk on each sock looks to the front and the other to the rear.

Ridiculous, I know.

I want to wear these to the office!

All right, BFS,

I just went to my archives and every, and I mean EVERY, item that has the Hawk logo is depicted with feathers to the left and beak at the right. Official ball-caps, pennants, pins, stickers and player cards. The only time I see a beak-left hawk logo is on the left shoulder of my jerseys.

You are insane. This thread is clearly meant to cause nothing but confusion and turmoil. May the crabs of a thousand harems infest your...

Either you are simply attempting to :stirthepot:, or you have now been diagnosed with "Hawkslexia".

I personally appreciate the fact that our logo is always facing forward. It's like some kind of metaphor fo like or something. Like something Rocky Balboa would have said.

Or maybe, as another Stallone character said in Over the Top, "it's like a switch" meaning that when the logo is flipped it actually ADDS insane 49er-crushing power to the team?

...maybe not.

So are we debating that the Seahawks logo should be as follows: tail-to-beak facing L-R, whereas tail-to-beak facing R-L is INcorrect/not official? I cannot commence my weekend in this state of confusion.

cheers /td

At what age do girls STOP going #2? I had no idea it was a thing they grew out of, until I had a daughter of my own. Anyone know?

The Seahawk can face any direction it wants when aligned side to side or east to west but it should never face backwards. Left to right/right to left who gives a rats ass? But front to back and back to front? Give me a damn break. Birds don't fly backwards.

My best Roland impression: Hummingbirds do.

I'm with BFS on this one. Most of the time the hawk faces forward. But when it's on an opposite side item such as socks, or the left hand side of something, it faces backward. I had the same issue with a decal for my car. The one on the right faces forward, but went with a generic "Seahawks" word logo for the left so it wouldn't face backward.

That should be fixed for things that have a left side.

YES!!

I was gonna bring up the car magnets/decals but didn't want to make a big production of this (ya, right!).

Thank you Sailor!

OK, between this and Sailor's comment NOW I see what you were getting at. I agree, moving on.
