Two of them....

1. St. Louis vs. Minnesota
2. Green Bay vs. Carolina

Pulling for Minnesota and Carolina even if it might be in best interests to see Green Bay win.

Rooting for Panthers over Packers. Would rather go to Charlotte in January over Lambeau Field.

Top 3
1. St. Louis @ Minnesota (10:00 AM) - division rival, two future opponents, wild card race, Gurley vs. Peterson, Bridgewater vs. Donald, etc.

2. Green Bay @ Carolina (10:00 AM) - NFC No. 1 seed contenders.

3. Oakland @ Pittsburgh (10:00 AM) - two old thorns in our side, would love to see the Raiders (led by Ken Norton, Malcolm Smith, etc.) win again.

All three of these games have been great in the first half. Rams/Vikings have been back and forth, GB losing, and Raiders winning.

The goal is to win SuperB Owls, and you don't win those if you're from a weak division.

Yeah, you do. See the New England Patriots.

Watching the offensive line play of the Raiders and Steelers is a reminder that I still only tolerate rather than actually enjoy the zone blocking of the Cable era.

Roethlisberger really assists his offensive line by remaining composed in the pocket and fighting around the pressure. Raiders-Steelers are deadlocked at 21.

I really ..... really ..... enjoy the blocking and running and hitting in the Raider / Steeler game.

Sweet . . . Rams lost. The Raiders just tied it up with a minute left, and GB is down by 8, 4th down at the 4-yard line.

Roethlisberger (foot) and Bridgewater (concussion) were each knocked out of their respective games. Landry Jones is in for Roethlisberger . . . tied 35-35 with a minute left in the game.

Rodgers was picked off on 4th down, so GB will lose.

Welp, Jones hit Antonio Brown in the flat on 3rd down, and they're in FG range for the win.

Car beat GB -- that is one tough team. We could catch GB for the second spot and avoid a first round game in playoffs. Losing to both of them is screwed. I don't know how the tie-breakers work exactly. GO HAWKS!

Because they lost to both teams, they would lose any 2- or 3-way tiebreaker with GB and CAR. If we win the division and somehow end up tied with both at the end of the season, the order would go CAR-GB-SEA.

At this point, CAR is a heavy favorite for the #1 seed. GB likely will get the #2 seed, but if the Hawks go on a run and GB continues to stumble, the Hawks could conceivably grab it.

Of course, this is all for naught if the Hawks don't win the games in front of them, starting with next week's crucial game against Arizona.

Huge win by the niners today.

We are now just one game back in the loss column for the 6th seed.

Falcons are a fraud anyway. They will finish no better than 8-8.

Vikings, Rams and Seahawks likely fighting for the 2 spots should AZ keep us at bay,
