That's when we are at our best. Not when we are using Wildcat formations with a rookie QB or long developing run plays. Yes the run game helps but we look the best when everything goes through Darnold. Now we get the ball back to start the second half and hopefully he can lead another TD drive to flip this game.

Now that we've scored at last, I hope to see more QB under center downhill runs.

That wildcat play needed to be worked on in preseason, or in practice. It looked like the Kid was surprised, but the Bucs weren't

I think Kubiak likens Milroe to Taysom Hill a little too much and Jalen Milroe is NOT Taysom Hill…at all. Don’t get cute here Dan Campbell and let Darnold do his thing. Frustrates all of us when they try to dial up dumb trick plays.

I agree with you on Hill, but I think if the trick plays actually worked we'd be singing a different tune. But, it's also knowing NOT to do any trick plays when you're down. Save that cute stuff for when you're ahead a few touchdowns like the Saints game.

Agreed. OR dial up a trick play when you are 98% sure it is going to work. I don’t mind a flea flicker here and there but like I stated earlier when Milroe is on the field opposing teams know he’s going to run it. Kick them in the nuts and dial up a Milroe flea flicker cause the kids got a cannon of an arm instead of trying to run him into a stacked box.

Exactly. They're making him one-dimensional and at this point it's identifiable by ALL NFL defenses.
