We've been spelling Steven Hauschka's name wrong

I think this is hilarious.

A Seattle-area Q13 Fox photographer was double-checking a name-spelling with Seahawks kicker Steven Hauschka this fall when the photographer stumbled upon a bizarre bit of news: Steven’s name is actually Stephen, and everyone — the Seahawks, the NFL, all of us — have been spelling it wrong for years.

He just never corrected anyone.

Saw a TV segement where Aaron Levine did a one on one with (think it was) Germaine and challenged G to spell kicker H...'s name. After 3 playful attempts, Germaine actually nailed it - surprised the heck out of me - and both of them!
